199 stunning and newly built flats

Bella Tower is designed by COBE and Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects and is a significant element for the entrance to
the Bella Neighbourhood. The 60-metre flat tower is designed in a white grid of raw concrete panels placed on
a dark brick base which frames a green, natural courtyard environment. The flats at the base of the tower ascend
to the fifth floor and include balconies or terraces, while the tower rises 19 floors and has balconies all the way around.

Bella Tower

Your horizon, your home

The tower features 360-degree balconies in different depths, varying from french balconies to ordinary balconies. This provides for a rich outdoor life where you can walk directly outside from all rooms to enjoy the uninterrupted view over the scenic Amager Fælled to the skyline of Copenhagen.

The homes

The homes all include a minimalist and Nordic design, being built with exquisite materials such as beautiful oak floors and large
window sections. The latter provides a lovely inflow of light and a view beyond description from the tower flats.
The kitchen is a quality Invita kitchen in a timeless design with integrated appliances such as an
integrated oven, induction cooktop, combi fridge freezer and a dishwasher. All bathrooms are built with light-coloured
materials and showers with extra large shower heads for long baths. Quality and wellness.
All flats have their own washer and dryer.

Beautiful flats

Townhouse design

The flats at the brick base of the tower all include their own balcony or terrace on the roof or in the court, giving an exceptional townhouse feeling. The architecture is related to the grid on the tower, so the north windows are in a tight grid.

The flats have recessed window sections with seating niches, so you can sit on the windows and look over Amager Fælled. The windows are made of raw aluminium and protected by galvanised steel. The square shape of the windows further creates a pictorial effect when looking outside, while also creating a broad inflow of light in the flats. All the flats are designed with open kitchen-dining areas with quality Invita kitchens.

Tower homes with a view of two corners of the world

The entrance to the new residential tower is located at the corner of Vejlands Allé and Ørestads Boulevard, where there is an atrium with wood on the walls and ceilings, providing a warm welcome. From here, you can proceed to the elevator core located in the center of the building, which leads up to the flats.

All the tower flats are corner units with views of two corners of the world and offering beautiful natural light throughout the day. At the top, there is a unique penthouse apartment with double-height ceilings.
